Yellow w/ white gives her the power to read minds. The only power she has all the time is chaos control, and she dosn't even need a emerald! [see history for why]

history [not metioned in template but I created her with one]: She was created by the Master Emerald. The Master Emerald had made her as a guardian till Knuckles took over. The Master Emerald gave her powers that became affected by her mood to better serve the Master Emerald, but it gave her the power of a chaos emerald inside of her so that if it need be she could use chaos control as she needed it. Luna made special wristbands to hide this power from those that could sense it. Luna had troubles with her powers when she got mood swings, she started practicing controling her powers and her moods. One day when she was in a forest she heard some noise. When she looked around she found dr. Eggman with Shadow. It was love at first sight. She noticed dr. Eggman ordering Shadow around and took a dislike to him. She started her own life after that living on her own.
